Summary

Description
English: Hogg hole near Cranbrook A hogg hole, or sheep creep, allows sheep to pass between the two fields, but not cattle nor ponies. It can be easily stopped up by the farmer in order to manage grazing, for which purpose, the pallet would be used. This one is clearly valued by the farmer, for the barbed wire fencing has been discontinued across the gap.
