From Arabic تَعْبِئَة (taʕbiʔa), vulgarly تَعْبِيَة (taʕbiya, mobilization, arrangement), verbal noun of عَبَّأَ (ʕabbaʔa) respectively ‎عَبَّى‎ (ʕabbā).
