    τέθηκ- (téthēk-, perfect stem of τίθημι (títhēmi)) + ‎-ώς (-ṓs) → ‎τεθηκώς (tethēkṓs)
    λέλυκ- (léluk-, perfect stem of λύω (lúō)) + ‎-ώς (-ṓs) → ‎λελυκώς (lelukṓs)
