Borrowed from Hokkien 恭喜發財恭喜发财 (Kiong-hí hoat-châi). The forms with ⟨ee⟩ spellings were indirectly borrowed from English Kiong Hee Huat Chai as well, which is also from Hokkien 恭喜發財恭喜发财 (Kiong-hí hoat-châi).
