Should this be marked as archaic?

Scotland was the last place that this was in common use according to the sources I can find, but apparently it has gotten to the point where the Church of Scotland has dropped the use of this word because “While the old Scottish word “anent” has served the Church well for many years it is a term which has dropped out of common usage."
