So, I'm adding back raskrutit, here's a sentence by a native speaker: striptizjorša raskrutila klienta na 100 dollarov - "the stripper hustled a client out of a 100 dollars" - near 100% match. nadut' actually sounds like more of a "hit and run" rip-off, hustle is when you convince the person that they actually want to give you their money and they give it to you willingly (although oftentimes they do have buyer's remorse afterwards.)
