I'm sure this is actually in common usage, but I haven't heard the term rock cocaine in reference to crystal cocaine in the suburb of Los Angeles in which I live or in the Narcotics Anonymous meetings which I've attended. So if anyone has any clue for this, I'd love to know. Three or more references would be great, but I don't think it's worth the time for this sort of word.
