     Well, I've played about with it a bit and I'm getting closer to achieving a state of zigzaginess! Taking your comments in order, the tension dial on my machine goes from 1-5, so I'm assuming the equivalent setting on my machine is about 3 ie halfway, then I took it slightly lower again to try zigzagging.
