Baltic cognates are Lithuanian gyvatà (“life”) and Old Prussian giwato (“life”).
Indo-European cognates are Latin vīta (from *gʷih₃woteh₂), Sanskrit जीवित (jīvitá, “life”), Ancient Greek βίοτος (bíotos), and English quick.
