Borrowed from Russian ты́ква f inan sg (týkva, nominative), from Old East Slavic тꙑкъвь (tykŭvĭ, accusative of тꙑкꙑ f sg (tyky)), from Proto-Slavic *tykъvь (accusative of *tyky f sg).
