Derived from the passive participle from the VIII-stem verb اِنْتَدَى (intadā) the root ن د و (n-d-w).

مُنْتَدًى (muntadanm (dual مُنْتَدَيَان (muntadayān), plural مُنْتَدَيَات (muntadayāt))

Usage notes[edit]

For sense 2, the singular and plural are interchangeable when referring to a site that hosts forums, but isn't when referring to a single section in a website.
