Probably from either জ্বলা (zola, hot (taste), burning) +‎ -অক (-ok, adjectival suffix) +‎ -ঈয়া (-ia, adjectival suffix) or জালুক (zaluk, pepper) +‎ -ঈয়া (-ia, -ish, -y).
