From Proto-Sino-Tibetan. Cognate with Lolopo lexl (“to dry in the sun”), Tedim Chin lum (“warm”), Drung leum (“warm, hot”), S'gaw Karen လၢၤ (luh̄, “warm”) and Naxi lvq (“warm”).
