呑舟の魚 (“boat-swallowing fish”) +‎ は (topical marker) +‎ 枝流 (“tributary”) +‎ に (locative marker) +‎ 游がず (“not swim”, continuative negative of 游ぐ (oyogu, “to swim”)).
