Etymology

The initial /m-/ can be by back formation of a form *kommenes < *kom-gʷenjes, attested as Oscan 𐌊𐌞𐌌𐌁𐌄𐌍𐌄𐌃 (kúmbened). Alternatively it could just be a mistake by the ingraver.
