From Russian -ня (-nja), an ending of Russian diminutives of personal names (male and female: Таня (Tanja), Саня (Sanja), Ваня (Vanja) etc).

    patrino (mother) + ‎-njo → ‎panjo (mummy, mom)
    onklino (aunt) + ‎-njo → ‎onjo (auntie)
