- Form of -tı after the vowels Ö / Ü.
- al- (“to take”) + -ın (“to take offense”) + -tı → alıntı (“quotation, citation”)
- ak- (“to flow”) + -ın + -tı → akıntı (“flow, current, stream”)
- çıt (“click or crack sound”) + -ır + -tı → çıtırtı (“clicking, cracking”)
- mor (“purple”) + -ar (“to turn purple”) + -tı → morartı (“bruise, a purplish spot”)

From Proto-Cariban *-tɨ. Compare Wayana -tï, Kari'na -ty, Waiwai -tï, and similar possessive suffixes in other Cariban languages.

- Marks a noun as possessed; used only with a handful of nouns that end in -tö.
- (non-productive) Forms certain nouns whose possessed forms take no further suffix, with no clear semantic contribution.
