Category:Genericized trademarks[edit]

Should be category:English genericized trademarks. Any objections?—msh210 20:45, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Couldn't this be seen as topical, so [[Category:<langcode>:Genericized trademarks]]. Mglovesfun (talk) 20:49, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Not AFAICT. How is it topical? It provides information on the etymology of a word, and perhaps its usage. Seems much like category:English abbreviations (contrast category:Abbreviations).—msh210 20:52, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Note FWIW that none of the "langcode:Genericized trademarks" categories exists (is bluelinked) but at least he:Genericized trademarks is nonempty.—msh210 20:52, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Right, move per nomination. Mglovesfun (talk) 20:59, 11 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Done. That is, I've moved entries to the new cat, deleted the old cat's page, and moved its text to the new cat's page, for English and Hebrew. If anyone knows of any other existing langcode:Genericized trademarks cats, or how to find them, please let me know (or do the work yourself, of course  :-) ).—msh210 18:32, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
