Proposition to consider adding[edit]

My ears and experience (and a bit of education many decades ago) tell me the following might be considered onomatopoeic. I am not a native English speaker, so I propose here for consideration.

S[edit]

  • sneer possibly, or probably;
  • sneeze definitly
  • sob - also fits to one of sound patterns expressing/accompanying sorrow, desperation...

W[edit]

  • wail, and
  • whimper both fit to sounds that are part of expressing particular emotions (sorrow, pain, desperation etc.); I could also observe sounds like that with some species of animals (mamalia) under stress.
