  1. an Italian preventive measure enacted in 1989 whose purpose is to prevent social dangerousness through temporary forced exile between a year and five years and also a fine of 100 euro up to 300 euro. Originally used to counter violence in sport protests but since 2017 is used to prevent civil crimes too.
