(England and Wales, criminal law) Acronym of possession with intent to supply; the criminal offence of being in possession of an illegal drug with the intent to deal or otherwise supply it to another person; typically by being in possession of a quantity sufficiently large enough that it is implausible to claim that it is for personal use under the circumstances.
