Etymology[edit]

Blend of QAnon +‎ Karen. It was first used in a viral video on Twitter posted on 2020, mocking a woman who got angry at a doctor for not administering hydroxychloroquine to treat a COVID-19 infection.

  1. (US politics, slang, derogatory) A supporter of QAnon, especially female, who has a hostile and irrational attitude.
