@Anglom Does i-affection apply in this case? Or should this be reconstructed as *duβrgi? I don't know what the outcomes of u vs ü are. —CodeCat 14:43, 23 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

It should have so long as it was formed before internal i-affection. Every medial vowel was short in the pre-syncope/apocope compound *dubrokū > *dubrokī > *dübr(ü)kī. Anglom (talk) 22:25, 23 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
