  1. (pathology) spastic (somebody suffering from spastic illnesses)
  2. (slang, derogatory, sometimes offensive) Term of abuse, especially towards people deemed fidgety or stupid.

Usage notes[edit]

  • When designating people who are not suffering from spastic illnesses, the term is sometimes considered ableist, especially by those part of the disabled community. However, being part of youth slang, users of this word are often not aware of its exact background.
