Etymology of бульба

It is mostly likely not from Lithuanian at all, I wasn't able to find a good source claiming that. In the etymological dictionary by Бячэйка,[1] he says it's a borrowing from either Polish bulwa, or from Czech bulva.

Also it should be mentioning that there are two theories for the origin of the word, one is from German Bolle, or from Latin bulbus.
