"пуд" in the Russian slang

сто пудо́в!‎ ― sto pudóv! ― hundred percent!

It's rather incorrect. The whole phrase is an idiom which means something like "definitely!", it's possible that it goes from "hundred percent!" but the word "пуд" is never used in the meaning "percent" outside of this exact phrase.
