'(superlative form) extensive, far-reaching' I'd like to know what this means exactly, and an example. Thanks in advance. Backinstadiums (talk) 19:05, 21 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Superlative means the most, the greatest, the deepest, etc. The superlative of good is the best; the superlative of old is the oldest; the superlative of wonderful is the most wonderful; and the superlative of bad is the worst. Extensive and far-reaching mean having a broad or widespread range, scope, or influence. In the following translation, you could translate الْبَالِغُ as disproportionate, profound, deep, great, far-reaching, extensive, broad, heavy, etc., as you prefer.
... وَلَهَا تَأْثِيرُهَا الْبَالِغُ عَلَى صِحَّتِنَا.
... walahā taʔṯīruhā l-bāliḡu ʕalā ṣiḥḥatinā.
... and has a profound impact on our health.
