Most dictionaries use ततस् (tátas) as the lemma form of ततः (tátaḥ). There's little actual difference, since the forms, referring to the same word, ultimately reflect how you interpret certain saṃdhi phenomena. Which should be the main lemma though? --Frigoris (talk) 18:22, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Frigoris The main lemma should be ततस्. Compare बहिः ~ बहिस् and the visarga form is the combining form of the -s form. Svartava2 (talk) 03:33, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Svartava2, It seems you simply moved the page, right? That should be fine for now, but I'm not sure about the possibility of new language headers. --Frigoris (talk) 07:39, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Frigoris What kind of "new language headers"? ततः can still be a kept as a {{combining form}} of ततस् Svartava2 (talk) 07:42, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
I think redirection is fine as long as there's only one language per page. With more than one L2-header the redirection may be problematic, because what is "redirectable" for one language may not be such for another. Currently there's only one language header ==Sanskrit==. Are we sure there's going to be no more L2 headers? (This is a question; I don't know whether this will be the case). Frigoris (talk) 09:48, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Frigoris most likely not but not 100%. As I said {{combining form of}} I preferable, and redirects are generally a bad idea. Svartava2 (talk) 16:58, 3 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
