@Учхљёная Does Dzohngkha phonotactics allow /ki/? Perhaps the first syllable is a palatalization of Russian /ki/, rather than a borrowing from Serbo-Croatian. —Suzukaze-c◇◇ 19:25, 16 March 2019 (UTC)

@Suzukaze-c: I believe it does, but it rarely palatalizes anything else with /ki/ that's borrowed or inherited. It could be the /kʲ/, which fits in with how གྱ and such became palatal, but I'm really not sure, and the Serbo-Croatian one seemed more likely because it's almost the exact same phonemes. -/ut͡ʃxʎørnɛja ☭/ ^{(탁ᷞ, кон-, ឯឌឹត្ស, 𐎛𐎓𐎄𐎛𐎚𐎒)}. 19:30, 16 March 2019 (UTC).
