@Wyang: Sorry, another query. I can't produce the syllable /paw/. ៅ only works with a-series but letter ព (o-series) doesn't want to take the converting diacritic ៉. I have tried {{km-IPA|កព៉ៅ}}. What did I do wrong? --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 01:46, 4 March 2018 (UTC)

@Atitarev It's an error in Sealang. It makes no sense for កបេព្ធ to be pronounced as this. I checked the paper copy of Headley (1977), which spells it as កប៉ៅ, so I have moved it there. The km-IPA works successfully on the new title. Only certain base letters can take ៉; ព cannot, but ប can (see the second table in Wiktionary:Khmer romanization#Consonants). The letter ប is used to spell both /ɓ/ and /p/, when taking the diacritic, it is /p/ in the a-series. Wyang (talk) 02:03, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
