粵語審音配詞字庫 has dyun6 for 斷斷續續. Maybe this is prescriptive? And dyun5 would represent (an awkward) blend of the colloquial tyun5 and perceived high-standard dyun6. Like in Mandarin, how xue3 is the blend of colloquial xie3 and literary xue4 for 血 but is rarely recognised in dictionaries. Wyang (talk) 12:05, 30 September 2016 (UTC)
