Not found in major monolingual dictionaries. Looks like it was copied from the unicode definitions. RcAlex36 (talk) 09:17, 29 January 2021 (UTC)

Based on this information alone, it seems like removing "early dawn" as a definition is the objectively correct move since the only definition for 曦 seems to be covered by the first definition "sunshine; dawn sunlight". If that decision is made here, I think Unicode should be informed.

The sense "early dawn" is also not found in Hanyu Da Zidian, Hanyu Da Cidian or 王力古漢語字典. Not sure if it's a sense used in other languages that use CJK characters, so I'm not sure if we should inform Unicode necessarily. (And the Unihan database is riddled with errors or imprecision anyway, so I'm inclined not to bother with contacting them about it because they're not really a dictionary.) — justin(r)leung _{{ (t...) | c=› }} 22:00, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
