@沈澄心, Mar vin kaiser: The variety is apparently a koine spoken by employees of the company. I think in this entry, it would just be fine to group this with Yunnan Mandarin as dialectal Mandarin (or maybe Southwestern Mandarin, though I'm not sure if Jiangnanhua is SW Mandarin).
