Someone should write Module:ja-pron to automatically generate those symbols... Wyang (talk) 23:19, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

That would make sense.  :-P Might be a good candidate for me to finally try making a Lua module, especially now that there are ample examples to crib from.  :) ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │ Tala við mig 23:22, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Yes, and it would greatly simplify the code and help avoid unintentional errors like this one. The 's:ɕ' reminds me of Miyako... Wyang (talk) 23:24, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Great idea! Unrelated: @Wyang do you think it's possible to borrow some Japanese things as well? I could definitely use a Chinese version of {{ja-usex}} - {{zh-usex}}? - with options to manually put Pinyin? @Eirikr, please join the vote Wiktionary:Votes/pl-2014-04/Unified_Chinese. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 23:57, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Sounds good and easy to do. Wyang (talk) 00:12, 4 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Looking forward! I wonder if Pinyin and Zhuyin can both be used. Do you think it's a bad idea? (no rush, take your time) --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 00:19, 4 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
@Wyang Don't worry about Zhuyin. It should be one or the other, not both. The module is here Module:ja-usex but it uses things in Module:ja. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 00:52, 4 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
