-lee vs ikkee

@Thadh, from the examples in the books it looks like that "ikkee" is "-нибудь" and "-lee" is "-то". For instance, "Äkkistää mikälee vari ja märkä toukkais hänt kättee" is "Внезапно что-то горячее и мокрое ткнуло её в руку". And "Revittä, rikkoa, temmata mitä ikkee — siihe hää ono maasteri" is "Рвать, ломать, тоскать что-нибудь — на это он мастер". KirillW (talk) 20:01, 8 October 2022 (UTC)

@KirillW: See the corresponding entries kenlee and mikälee: The comparison with -нибудь is purely etymological, since the constructions are pretty similar (I suspect that might have played a role in the development of -lee), not to be taken as signs that the two are precise equivalents. @Thadh, now I see from the quotation in "mikälee". English translation doesn't quite define the meaning, so if one follows from "kenlee" to "-lee", they could get wrong understanding of the meaning. I've added an example there, I hope it makes it clearer. KirillW (talk) 20:08, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
