Surname entry

@Carl Francis If possible, use the {{surname}} for surnames like this instead of adding a manually entered entry and adding a category. The {{surname}} template creates the entry and categories for you already. I already told you about that in your talk, plus, I am cleaning up Cebuano surname entries you added.
