Multiple definitions[edit]
I suspect that there will be multiple definitions required because the "meaning" of Britney Spears has evolved as the nature of the news coverage has changed. That may require many more quotes to zero in on the meanings. DCDuring TALK 23:28, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- The quotes so far could more or less be summarized as "teen pop idol", although that definition itself is dense for non-English speakers. --EncycloPetey 23:38, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- The one about Pepsi doesn't seem to be using her name in any "generic" way: it's just referring to the specific celebrity. Equinox ◑ 00:02, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
