I know this is in Wikipedia, but I cannot find any reference about this name being real. Bogdan (talk) 08:10, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
- Only thing I could find was a reference to another settlement founded during Septimius Severus' reign in the Middle East named Lucia Septimia Severiana. Apparently a pretty common way to name colonies in the Roman Empire, but any written remnants are today lost. I would say that this is the least plausible theory.
