Parentheses[edit]

It is amusing to note that the horns of a gnu resemble parentheses, which alludes to the Lisp programming language, which was quite popular among GNU/FSF circles. This is apparently unrelated to the choice of name (it’s simply the only English word of the form ?inu/?nu), but presumably is a cause of some amusement, which I thought I’d note.
