Euphemism or mimicking a certain pronunciation?[edit]
is this like dawg? The pronunciations we list for this and for God show different vowels, for people who distinguish cot ~ caught. So, is the distinction audible? That's the only way it could really be a euphemism, unless it's for written media only. —Soap— 16:46, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
