This is the lemma, and German goiter is given as an alternative form. I would like us to make German goiter the lemma: this is apparently local to the US, and goiter is the normal US spelling (at least in modern usage). Chuck Entz (talk) 03:45, 3 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
