- Right. OTOH, if "smells like a Limburger" were a common phrase, then it might be noted in the definition line that people from Limburg are known for being malodorous.—msh210℠ 15:11, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
Striking. The defs are short and okay for ones of a place name. If anyone feels like adding a note about malodor, let them do so, but there is nothing to clean up AFAICS. --Dan Polansky 11:32, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
The current article (for English) contains a map with the caption:
”The united province from the mid-19th century in green-grey at the southeast”
The map shows an area in various colours that seems to correspond to the United Kingdom of the Netherlands. In 1830 the southern provinces started a war and at in 1839 at the latest their separation from the Netherlands was a fact. Therefore the indication “mid-19th century” seems off.
Also, the use of “from” and (the second) “at” in the context does not seem correct English (idiom) to me.
All in all I suggest a caption text along the lines:
“The united province at the beginning of the 19th century in green-grey to the southeast”Redav (talk) 02:50, 11 April 2023 (UTC)
