From bgc, the word most definitely exists, and not just as the name of a movie. Although, unfortunately, the fact there's a movie by the name, makes it hard to get a finger on the word's actual meaning.

Nosferatu[edit]

I don't believe this is English. Or the lowercase version. SemperBlotto 12:16, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Both upper and lowercase seem to be valid English.
Uppercase...
  • "The Nosferatu drank her dry and let her fall back to the floor." from [1]
  • "Sandwiched between the flames and the Nosferatu, they turned and charged the Warriors." from [2]
  • "The Count is really a vampire, or a "Nosferatu," one of the undead." from [3]
  • "Therefore, the Nosferatu who holds this gene is the leader of the Nosferatu, the parent of all Nosferatu, the ancestor of all Nosferatu." from [4]
Similar references for lowercase exist, they are very easy to find, just search books.google.com for "nosferatu". Language Lover 12:24, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
