- Might be translingual rather than Russian, since it's not a Cyrillic letter and I hear western Nazis are also using it. - I only know of sources specifically calling out "Z" in Russian. E.g. https://www.npr.org/2022/03/09/1085471200/the-letter-z-russia-ukraine And as my first source points out, most Russians are familiar with the Latin alphabet (which they do not routinely use for their language, of course).
