The source you provided above is completely redundant, because (a) you don't use a correct search method and (b) you used Google in German.
Results:
"curățare după naștere" (N.B. you actually provided curățire după naștere as a translation) (here)

The results mention neither afterbirth nor placenta, so your translations are still invalid.
