Alive after the noun?[edit]

Why the alive is always after the noun and not before? Is there any historical reasons?--Xan2 (talk) 08:29, 2 December 2014 (UTC). Maybe it's been used before nouns archaicly. See this. This explains perphaps the reason.Reply
