I guess that's what this RFV should determine: can brown bears that live in the Arctic (which some do if File:Ursus arctos range map.svg is accurate) also be called arctic bears? If so, this is SOP. If not, this is idiomatic. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 20:20, 12 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
In this the bears involved are grizzlies. From what I can see, Arctic bear is a synonym for the polar bear, but arctic bear is just a bear in the arctic. Kiwima (talk) 01:17, 13 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
