Rfv-sense: A person who stands on a rock or eminence to observe shoals of herring, etc., and to give notice to the men in boats which way they pass - in many dictionaries, and there are a few mentions too. It would be obsolete if it were to survive. Cappwe (talk) 21:18, 7 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
