Nope. The root meaning is a schoolyard taunt implying that your fellatio is hindered by your inability to accommodate the larger phalluses without your teeth coming into play, a dual insult. PC is destructive in many ways, not least etymologically. The expression is intrinsically smutty and should be labeled "vulgar" at the very least. Same goes for "bite me" and its variations, by the way.
