Tooironic marked this back on 28 October for deletion with the comment Sum of Parts surely? Especially considering the translation table is merely a redirect to capital.

As for myself, capital city is more common by several orders of magnitude than equivalents using various synonyms of city such as capital town or capital municipality, so I could see the case for deletion either way. — Carolina wren discussió 21:26, 18 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
